1. Green sand casting process: We have following machines for green sand casting process, suitable for gray iron, ductile iron castings: weight range (1kg ~ 100kg); Hand operating production system; Jolt squeezing machine; Vertical line; Horizontal line.
2. Resin sand casting process: we have furan resin sand line (for iron castings) and alkali phenolic resin line (for steel castings)
3. Sodium silica sand process: for all kinds of steel material castings;
4. Shell molding line: for smaller size steel and ductile iron castings; also for some wear resistant castings (manganese steel and chrome iron)
