We are supplying different kind of manganese steel liner plate for our customers for different kind of crushers, we also produce liner plate by customers drawings or other requirement.
These wear plates are used for all kinds of crushers such as cone crusher, jaw crusher, impact crusher and also millers, and these machine suitable for crushing medium hardness materials, such as limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc., in cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial sectors.
The typical wear plate is the type which used on jaw crushers and cone crushers, on the side wall of the machine to protect crushers.
Follow are the type of wear plate we are supplying now.
We produce thse plates by different process: sodium silica sand process, lost foam process, vacuum process and shell molding process.
