Steel pipe castings with flange, used for fluid material transportation. It is a kind of elbow, with both flange machined to fine roughness. It can be also a kind of connection parts in pipe fitting systems. We produce this kind of parts for many times and the products been widely used in many indutries, such as mining, cement, oil and others. We produce them by customized drawings provided by our customer, before start production, we have detailed confirmation with customer about technique conditions.
Regarding production process, normally we use sodium silica sand casting process which is most suitable for all kinds of steel castings with excellent inside quality. During production, we make suitable control on the casting parameters, to be sure that we can get right castings with quality.
To make products have right dimensions, we designed suitable machining tools with inspection tools, to check most important dimensions and to be sure when customer fit these pipes on their system, there will have no problems.
Alloy steel is based on carbon steel, some other alloy elements are added, and supplemented by different heat treatment and processing technology, to obtain steel with different excellent properties. Generally, such material products has a good combination of strength, toughness, wear resistance and so on to meet the needs of different industries and different customers.
We are supplying castings weight range from 10kg to 2000kg for single piece. Normally the typical production process are investment casting process for small and complicated casting, sodium silica sand process or resin sand casting process for big castings.
