Heat resistant grate bars for wast incinerator or other incinerators
This kind of grate bars is used for boilers. A boiler is an energy conversion device. It is a device that uses heat energy or other heat energy released by fuel combustion to heat working fluid or other fluid to a certain parameter.
The main working principle of the boiler is thermal equipment that uses the heat energy released after the fuel is burned or the waste heat in industrial production to transfer it to the water in the container to make the water reach the required temperature or steam of a certain pressure. The boiler operates in two parts: "boiler" and "furnace" at the same time. After the water enters the boiler, the heated surface of the boiler in the soda system transfers the absorbed heat to the water, heating the water into hot water of a certain temperature and pressure or generating steam, which is led out application. In the part of the combustion equipment, the fuel burns continuously to release heat, and the high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion spreads the heat to the heating surface of the boiler, and its temperature gradually decreases, and finally is discharged by the chimney
Grate and grate bars are easily damaged parts which been widely used for wast incinerator, biomass and coal-fired boiler, sintering machine and other machines. It is produced by heat resistant steel with different type of structures. We are able to produce and offer a large range of grate bars by different materials or grate types. Grate bar;
Shell molding is the most common process for our products for grate or grate bars. By this process, we can get high quality castings with good dimensional accuracy and high internal quality, but the cost is not as high as lost wax castings. For higher requirement castings, we use lost wax process as priority, and by this process we can get best surface and dimensional quality.
For simple castings such as grate bars, we use both lost foam process or shell molding process. By lost foam casting process, we can get much higher production efficiency to reduce production cost.
